Youtubify is operated by Youtubeify AI Automation LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Youtubify," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide a YouTube channel build and management service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have about it.

Information you provide. When you submit a qualification form, schedule a call, or contact us, we collect what you give us, typically name, email address, company or role, and the context you share about your goals.

Booking and scheduling data. When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects calendar availability and the time you select.

Communications. We retain emails, messages, and notes from calls so we can follow up and improve our service.

Automatic data. Standard technical information (browser, device, IP address) and basic usage data when you visit the site.

2. How we use information

We use the information to respond to your inquiry, schedule any calls, evaluate whether the service is a fit, deliver and operate the service if you become a client, send transactional and service-related communications, improve our website and offering, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-party services

We use a small number of vendors. Each handles your information under its own terms and privacy policy:

• Typeform, qualification form submissions
• Calendly (or our booking tool of record), call scheduling
• Google AdSense, only relevant once you become a client; the AdSense account is opened in your name and we never receive your AdSense login

4. Sharing and disclosure

We share information only with the vendors listed above to operate the service, with your consent or at your direction, when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see your rights below).
