These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Youtubify website and any services we provide. Youtubify is operated by Youtubeify AI Automation LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By accessing the site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Youtubify provides a YouTube channel build and management service: we design, launch, and operate evergreen YouTube channels on behalf of clients. The client owns the channel, the AdSense account, and the content catalog.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to engage our service. By engaging us, you represent that you are.

3. Engagement, pricing, and payment

Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are set out in a separate written agreement or order form between you and Youtubify. Until such an agreement is signed, no service relationship exists, and the information shown on this site is informational only.

4. Ownership and intellectual property

When you engage us:

• The YouTube channel is created in your name (or your entity's name) and remains your property.
• The AdSense account is opened in your name and ad revenue is paid directly to you.
• The content catalog is part of your asset.

You grant us a limited license to operate and modify the channel, content, and related materials for the duration of our engagement, solely to perform the service.

5. Performance and limitations

We perform the service with reasonable care and skill, but the success of any YouTube channel depends on factors outside our control, including YouTube's policies, algorithms, ad rates, viewer behavior, and platform decisions. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, view count, watch-time, ad revenue, or monetization timeline.

6. Platform risk

Your channel operates on YouTube, a third-party platform. We do not control YouTube's policies, monetization rules, demonetization decisions, or terminations. While we manage your channel within YouTube's published guidelines and adapt to policy changes, platform risk ultimately rests with the platform.

7. No earnings guarantee

Nothing on the site or in our communications constitutes a promise of any specific earnings, return, payback period, or income. All figures shown on our site are illustrative across channels we have operated and do not represent what any specific client will achieve.

8. Cancellation and termination

Either party may terminate the engagement under the terms of the executed order form. Upon termination, the channel, the AdSense account, and the content catalog remain your property. We will provide reasonable handover assistance, subject to any outstanding amounts.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform the engagement. This obligation survives termination.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total cumulative liability under any engagement will not exceed the fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or, at our election, by binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming. Confirm with counsel before launch.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
